If the seller is not giving you any original disks, then it is pirated. Also, if there’s a hardware problem with that mac, all the computer software installs in the planet won’t help. Why would a person sell a mac for that price and spruce it up with all that stuff? Tread very carefully mon frere.

If the macbook is in great problem with no probs and not very old, who cares about the software package. For 500 bucks you could do a lot worse.
