Quite a lot any new laptop or computer will much more than satisfy these requirements. The only feasible exception is the 1 or two GB RAM, but most new comps possibly have that.

Most new computer systems are:
Microsoft Windows XP SP3 or Vista SP1 (or higher, do not know) or Windows 7
Intel Pentium four or Core 2 Duo, three GHz or much more
500 MB to 4 GB RAM
100 GB totally free space (for a desktop, 500 GB or more!)
2400 x 1800 SVGA with true colour (can also do decrease modes)
World wide web Explorer 8
DVD drive constructed-in
