A lot. Individuals affordable pre-sales seemed rather popular, and I think they sold out in Japan and flooded servers in the UK so they shut it down early there. Then there are all the men and women “pre-ordering” by arranging new pc purchases close to it. And Intel just indicated they themselves plan to adopt it pretty quickly, which is probably to be at least some incentive for other companies to comply with suit sooner rather than later.
