No. If you buy a new laptop or computer, it will come with Windows 7 (you do not want to acquire it).

Um… Win7 ultimate does not give microsoft workplace integrated, you gotta buy the Microsoft Workplace seperately, so u can access to word powerpoint, and so forth.
