Graphic design and style, possibly not. It is for internet authoring. Most of what you are going to need is Photoshop.

In the internet-design organizations I’ve worked for our graphic designers just make the sample layouts in Photoshop. Then they hand them more than to us dirty coders so we can write the code to make it search like it does in their pretty photos. Quite hardly ever do our graphic designers have to dig into Dreamweaver.

If I was doing graphic style and design, I don’t assume I would buy dreamweaver unless I was going to be severe about web style and design. I would just understand the little bits of coding and html to get a page collectively.
