My name is Jeff Edwards, and I am a freelance programmer and the proprietor of Edwards Custom Software, Inc. This site is dedicated to getting in touch with people who could use my services and letting them know what I can do for them.

Flight Simulation: software archeology. For the past several years, I've spent an appreciable part of my time working on 1980s vintage flight simulators: rehosting them, upgrading them, and getting them to communicate with each other as well as with various new subsystems. If you need some software work - including assembly language programming - along these lines, I can probably help.

General Programming. I've developed software for wide variety of applications over the years, often in an engineering environment and generally working in assembly or other low level language. Most of my projects nowadays follow a similar strain: work in straight 'C' on the sort of applications that draw on a lot of general computer knowledge but that are too one-of-a-kind to have any shrink-wrapped solutions or methodology.
