and i was asking yourself if there was
a location that i can get it for cheap.
and will powerpoint 2003 or
2007 perform for a microsoft 98?

It will not function on 98

Locations to examine for older versions that will be genuine and extremely low-cost:

eBay, flea markets, garage product sales

I’d look for Office 2000 to run in Windows 98.
