Microsoft Office Bill Of Sale: I am a poor school student. I bought Microsoft Office, which I could barely afford. I purchased it from a website that is now gone. One day when I attempted to do an on the internet update, it said that my copy was un-Genuine and that I essential to send my CD’s to Microsoft in exchange for an Authentic copy, for free. So I send this to them along with my sales receipt. A couple of months later, I get a letter from Microsoft saying that they made the decision to preserve my CD’s, not replace them with new ones, that I should obtain a new 1, and that they appreciate my assistance in helping to quit computer software piracy. Effectively now I am out lots of income, am out this software package, and Microsoft is becoming arrogant. I am completely lost on this issue. What in the globe can I do? It was constantly my intention to be truthful and pay for this computer software, but Bill Gate’s company does not seem to care about that.

Forget about Microsoft office for now and for ever as you cant afford them.
But I would tell you to download and use Openoffice which is as very good as microsoft items and its cost-free.
