I think its a good buy if the euros were dollars, but that seems a little steep for euros. However the Microsoft office addon is a steal

Personally ive never trusted acer…the deal is ok…its not great…see if u can get an HP…it also depends alot on what u do on ur computer…if u do basic stuff…then this is a good comp for u…if ur lookin to do programmin and major downloadin..this is not 4 u
thats fairly what I’d expect for those specks. If it means anything to you, tho, your going to fall behind. That’s a fairly weak computer today.

That’s a really good deal. I think the only let down is the 250GB HDD.
It’s not awesome – but if you want it for everyday things it’ll do. It might have loads of memory, but there’s no decent graphics card and the processor’s not the fastest in the world. Plus – windows 7? Really? If it’s anything like the previous incarnations then Windows 7 will be just about unusable for 6 months at least. You may be able to get it with vista, or even XP.

Yes it is a good deal, but why buy Office. I would recommend you use Open Office. It is fully compatable with MS Office and best of all it is free. You can download it here: http://www.sun.com/software/openoffice/index.jsp
