I seriously doubt if it will perform. If you want Word download Open Workplace. (it is totally free) and it has Word.

No. I’m afraid that Windows has not supported that one for a long time, unfortunately. She could, however, get open Office, if money is the problem. It’s free, & every bit as good as Windows Office.
