I suggest buying a win7 OEM CD which is a ton cheaper then buying a retail version (they both do the same thing the only difference is the packaging)
Also may I recommend that you buy win7 professional instead of ultimate. The only difference between the 2 is $ 40 and win ultimate has bitlocker and 35 languages. Other then that there is no difference. I have used both and it makes more sense to get pro.
Also the website you listed up there probably is not legit. I would not trust them.
