Acquire Microsoft Windows Schooling Discount: Hello, I have not too long ago bought Windows 7 Professional with student education discounts for $ 30. I ordered the disk for an further $ 13. I currently have Windows XP Expert on my MacBook and I desired to upgrade. I wished to do a clean install but for some cause I can not boot from the disk. I have even tried downloading the ISO that Microsoft linked me to and burned it to a disk but it won’t boot from that either. I can boot from Ubuntu and Leopard, and XP disks but I cannot boot from these Windows 7 disks. Is there something I can do?
I in fact know a lot about computers, and you don’t have to be rude. I purchased a Mac because I want it for college and for music and video recording and editing. I place have Windows XP on my Mac for gaming till I get my new laptop or computer constructed. I got a Mac prior to I started gaming. On another note, I currently don’t have Mac OS X installed on the machine so I cannot run boot camp.
